"I would recommend Golden Coast to anyone I know. We had an issue--one that ultimately turned out to be operator error--and the staff went above and beyond to help. Inside the shop, they tested my battery charger, confirmed it was working properly, and did so without trying to sell me a new one. They even scheduled a pickup time so the cart could be checked out further.
When Tim arrived to pick up the cart, I explained the problem in my garage. He took a quick look and resolved it on the spot. Despite driving out to my residence, he wouldn't accept any payment. That level of honesty and service is rare.
If you have a Club Car or any other type of golf cart, I highly recommend giving this team a chance. If I ever need anything in the future, I know exactly where I'll be going. Thank you, Tim and the entire staff, for your help--especially right before Christmas!"
